The Lakeview Inn & Cottages

Great stay there! Very pleasant staff/owner. Very quaint, loved it. 8ft pool!! Not heated though . If only the pool was heated it would have been perfect for my family including my children. Cottage like rooms. Sufficient. Not fancy but functional. And the views, the views!! Nice outside sitting area in the common space.

Perfect location! Stayed in a cozy cottage that was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen had plenty of glassware and dishes. The pool was the best part (besides the awesome view of Lake Winnipesaukee!). Would definitely stay again on my next visit to the area.

This is my new favorite lake property! Cannot wait to come back and stay again! Steps from the Weirs, allowing you the convenience to come and go as you please - which is particularly handy during Bike Week or busy days! It was so wonderful to retreat back to this little haven and sit in their garden or on the deck (both overlooking the lake), or by the pool which was very well maintained. Everything was so clean and so cozy, and the owners (Janet and Joe) were absolutely wonderful. All staff were friendly, helpful, professional and welcoming. Again - we can't wait to come back.

We stayed Aug 2025 in the captains suite, our children stayed in the cottage at the same place across from us. This was the best yet here , The View, unlimited coffee and apples. Homemade muffins in the morning only. Owner loves checking people in early if the rooms ready. There was 10 of us, 1 min walk to boardwalk. Get to the beach by 10am, the parking near beach is only $2 for an hour 1/2. Can’t wait to go back

My family and I stayed in the Captain’s Suite for a four day weekend. The space was clean, comfortable and the sunrise view was spectacular. My daughter was thrilled with the homemade muffins and the pool on site. I would 100% stay there again.

This was our first time staying here and we were not disappointed! We stayed in one of the cabins. It was so cute and cozy!! The owner was so kind and very accommodating. Unlimited fresh muffins and coffee for breakfast was a bonus!! The views over looking the lake were also stunning!! We'll definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in C9. It was great. 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room with futon that could be used as another bed. It had its own little patio area out back by the pool with a gas grill that we used every night. The pool is very clean and the hot tub was wonderful. There is coffee and muffins in the beautiful lobby area every morning. The view from the lobby deck is breathtaking. Lakeview Inn & Cottages is a 2-3min walk to the arcade/main strip area. Maybe 10min walk to public beach area. Soo convenient! The street the Inn is on is steep. The walk back up to the Inn can take a lil effort depending on your age/physical abilities. The owner was so kind & friendly. We will be back next year for sure!

Quaint old inn with beautiful views of the lake. Owner was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful. Muffins, coffee and tea were great and unexpected in the lobby. The cottages look cute and each include a gas grill. We stayed in a room in the inn. Although we didn't expect to have a room without a bathroom, the common facilities located very close to the room were adequate. Nice location.
